Restoration Fund

Your help would be greatly appreciated if you would consider a donation to the fund, there are several projects that need funding at the moment, not least the continual maintenance of this wonderful building.

A statement of its time and grade two star listed by "English Heritage" means that any work carried out should be done in the style and with materials and craftsmanship of its day.

(1 a new cast iron downspout needs replacing on the North facing elevation.

(2 crumbling sand-stone needs to be preserved on the South facing elevation.

(3 a collapsed drain needs replacing.

(4 Old and unsafe electrical wiring in the organ loft requires updating.

(5 a safety rail needs to be erected to the balcony front in order to allow the use of the front pews

(6  remedial repairs to plaster work and subsequent redecoration is required around the Chapel.

(7 maintenance painting work is required to the exterior surfaces of the chapel.
